Stanford University Hospital and Clinics

Projects:  Provide Construction and Relocation Management services for clinical, inpatient care and large scale administration areas.  Most recent projects include: construction of specialized Johnson Center Operating Room and Anti-Partum/Post-Partum care areas at Packard Children’s Hospital; renovation of Medical Records Department; upgrade of Med-Surgical Unit to incorporate isolation rooms; renovation of ICU during JCAHO inspection; renovation and relocation of Radiation-Oncology Department; relocation of the Center for Education; construction and relocation of Life Flight Helicopter Transport Center.


Project: Phased move coordinating seven departments. Coordination of all project related scheduling; Coordination of supporting vendors, set up and conduct move meetings with departments Installation of temporary signage & flagging.

Kaiser Hospital

Project: Multi site relocation of 350 physicians, support staff, associated specialty equipment, and labs. Development of a comprehensive materials management program for the 300,000 sf new building including stocking of all physician and staff offices, exam rooms, administrative stations, optical and ophthmalogy clinics, storage centers, closets and labs.

Sutter VNA and Hospice, Corporate Office

Projects:  Asset inventory, Complete Project Management Services providing strategic analysis, space planning, interior design and furniture procurement, construction project management, installation drawings for reconfiguration and relocation services for Concord, Emeryville, Roseville, Sacramento, San Leandro, San Mateo, Santa Rosa and Walnut Creek offices. Most projects completed under the constraints of 24/7 occupancy and multi-phase construction, without loss of productivity or down time.

Medical Center and Harrison Street Administrative Building Medical Records

Projects:  Coordination of all associated vendors and relocation of Administrative Staff from multi-sites, Design, construction management, coordination of all support vendors in the process of relocation of staff associated with Bed Redistribution of 4 major medical/surgical groups.  

Salvation Army Silvercrest Senior Residence

Project: Relocation of Senior, mostly elderly Chinese residents, during multi phase construction project; over two years.  Working with government agencies:  San Francisco Housing Authority, and other federally agencies HUD to procure comparable housing.  Prepare comparative studies to assist construction and client to develop a cost effective construction phasing plan. Develop a complete bilingual relocation process to provide effective and timely communication to tenants and their family members. Conduct monthly meetings to inform tenants of processes and procedures prior to and during their move.

Staubach Company

Project: PepsiCo Relocation of multiple sites into a new corporate headquarters. Providing relocation coordination with National Team, Transitions unique “Solution Suite” and Handy Man Services.

Swinterton Builders

Projects: Relocation project management for Salvation Army’s Silvercrest Senior Residence Home. Responsibilities including: Development of procedure and process of relocation with the San Francisco Housing Authority, manage move in/out budget, negotiate rights of individuals with the Chinese American Cultural Center and Ombudsman Advocates, and develop a strategic plan for phased moving with primarily Non English speaking Senior Citizens.

Triton Construction

Projects: Construction and Relocation project management for Sutter Health VNA & Hospice branch offices.  Responsibilities including:  development of construction schedule and implementation; design of space and furniture plan; vendor coordination for all disciplines; relocation of people and equipment through all phases of demolition and construction.

Dome Construction

Projects:Relocation project management for Stanford Medical Center, 24/7 facilities for large-scale projects.  Responsibilities including: designing and purchasing equipment and furnishings for examination rooms, doctors’ offices and public areas.  Currently providing ongoing move and furniture inventory management, construction project management and interior design consultation in collaboration with Dome Construction.
